About
With 20 years of experience in Corporate Communications, PR and Marketing, I love advising clients on integrated communications campaigns, and doing everything from strategy and planning to execution. I’ve advised and worked with C-suite of small and large companies from different industries, and managed teams across roles and function. I tangibly contribute to business objectives by using the best strategies, messages and tools to communicate effectively with employees, clients, or journalists.
I hold an Executive Master of Science in Communications Management and a degree in multilingual translation. I’ve lived and studied abroad for several years, most recently in Southeast Asia. As a former competitive athlete, I move every day to stay focused, strong and grounded. Horse riding, 5 Animal Qigong and hiking are my favorite activities, which allow me to spend much time in nature. I’m also a certified Yoga Therapy and Medical Qigong Teacher.
